It has been determined that the size of nanoparticles is homogeneous and generally varies between 10-30 nm.The results were consistent with the calculations by the Sherrer method. 摘要
近年来,二氧化钛纳米粒子被广泛应用于具有重要环境意义的反应中。采用XRD、TEM、SEM对TiO2颗粒进行了表征。已经确定纳米颗粒的尺寸是均匀的,通常在10-30纳米之间变化。结果与Sherrer法计算结果一致。SEM分析结果与XRD分析结果一致。在TiO2纳米粒子的XRD光谱中,对各峰点进行了准确的检查,TiO2纳米粒子与金红石相匹配。根据Scherrer方法,根据衍射点(101),TiO2的平均尺寸为10.3,晶体的比表面积为159.6 m2/g。TiO2纳米粒子的特征峰分别为27.90°(110)、36.01°(101)、41.58°(111)和54.71°(211)。关键词:XRD, SEM, TEM,纳米tio2,光化学反应
