Effects of halothane anesthesia on results of blood examination and clinical finding were scarcely found. 研究了氟烷麻醉对成年杂种13犬肝功能的影响。以S-GOT和S-GPT作为研究指标。1. S-GOT组和S-GPT正常值组略有上升。2. S-GOT正常组和S-GPT异常组在麻醉后7小时均比麻醉前升高约2倍。但S-GOT在麻醉后1天恢复正常,S-GPT在麻醉后4天恢复到接近控制水平。氟烷麻醉对血液检查结果和临床表现的影响很少见。上述事实提示氟烷麻醉对犬S-GPT异常值有一定影响。
