摘要

本文致力于研究驱动拉脱维亚信息技术(进一步在文本IT)专业人员工作动机的因素，并导致劳动效率的提高。各种研究工作都证明了员工动机与工作绩效之间的关系。然而，以前没有在当代拉脱维亚进行针对IT专家的研究。这项研究是基于对拉脱维亚1200名IT专业人士的调查结果。除了动机因素，拉脱维亚IT专业人员的个人特征是使用改编施瓦茨问卷。通过回归分析对数据进行研究，找出影响工作动机和工作效率增长的因素。
