The analysis of the factors of urban techno-sociogenesis that influence the processes of improvement of the human brain is carried out. It is shown that the cephalization of the modern human brain is based on qualitative and quantitative changes in the neural networks of the medulla. The conclusion is made about the formation of cognitive cephalization of the brain, which is based on the hierar-chy of cognitive processes in the new conditions of the surrounding reality. The basic princi-ples of different levels of cognitive cephalization are considered.
