Accordingly, the paper aims to analyze the accuracy of the processes that affect delays and provide suggestions for process improvement. The research data is from the BPI Conference 2018 held in Sydney, Australia [10]. Their research shows that each year, the process can be modified to make the system more consistent. Based on the number of cases in the process group (variant), some processes are delayed, resulting from a process reduction. However, in the overall time phase of the process, there is a decrease in the delay.
