摘要

电磁声换能器(EMAT)回波信号的飞行时间(TOF)可以用来测量钢板厚度。TOF的计算方法有两种,即在时域上测量峰间时间,在频域上计算回波频率。本文在分析接收信号的基础上,提出了一种简化的信号模型。进一步考虑了回波信号与激励信号之间的关系。对接收信号采用异步解调方法分离回波信号,根据低频波段的频谱峰值频率计算钢板厚度。通过实验对简化后的模型和信号处理方法进行了验证,结果表明模型合理,信号处理方法精度高。
