The Effect of Financial Literacy, Financial Access and Growth on Micro Business Financial Management on Batam City

. This research aims to test the influence of financial literacy, financial access and growth on the financial management of Micro Enterprises in Batam City. This research uses a descriptive Quantitative method. The object of this study is Micro Enterprises registered with the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in 2017 - 2021. The data collection technique in this study was by distributing questionnaires, namely by determining samples using probability sampling techniques. The results of this study are that the variables of financial literacy and growth have a significant effect on the financial management of Micro Enterprises in Batam City while the variables of financial access do not have a significant effect on the financial management of Micro Enterprises in Batam City.
