摘要
当互联网成为人类生活的主要部分时，传统的学习方式也在逐渐改变。除了在课堂上，人们还会从互联网上学习。本文提出了一种基于语义P2P网络的电子学习方法——虚拟分层树网组织(Virtual Hierarchical Tree - grid Organizations, VIRGO)，该方法利用了其分布式技术所带来的所有人都可以参与的优势。教师和学生加入他们的特定小组，他们中的谁在同一个小组可以教，学习，讨论和分享他们的经验教训。
