In this paper, considering the characteristics of voltage controlled positive sequence current source of IIDG, the sequence network analysis and calculation of single-phase grounding fault in the system with IIDG injected are carried out. The output current of IIDG after the fault is calculated by the positive sequence voltage approximation value of the connection point, and the measured impedance expression determined by the fault location, fault resistance and electrical volume before the fault is obtained. Thus, operating impedance boundary of grounding distance protection can be adjusted adaptively. The protection scheme is adjusted adaptively using only the electrical parameters before the fault, the protection can adapt change of the output current of the IIDG after the fault and improve the immunity to fault resistance for the grounding distance protection of the system with IIDG injected. 摘要

由于逆变接口分布式发电机(IIDG)的故障电流可馈性和相控特性较弱,当通过故障电阻发生单相接地故障时,注入IIDG的系统的距离保护可能无法正常运行。本文针对IIDG压控正序电流源的特点,对注入IIDG的系统进行了单相接地故障的序网分析与计算。由连接点的正序电压近似值计算故障后IIDG的输出电流,得到故障前由故障位置、故障电阻和电容量确定的测量阻抗表达式。从而可以自适应地调整接地距离保护的工作阻抗边界。该保护方案仅利用故障前的电气参数进行自适应调整,能够适应故障后IIDG输出电流的变化,提高了IIDG注入系统接地距离保护对故障电阻的抗扰性。基于PSCAD/EMTDC仿真验证了提出的防护措施的有效性。
