Zeroual","doi":"10.1109/ICMCS.2018.8525898","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"In this paper, a meta-surface based on a rectangular microstrip patch antenna for mobile RFID reader applications is presented, the meta-surface structure consists of a magneto-dielectric split ring resonators with high permeability material (μeff= 8.07+j3.01) at 2.44 GHz, which is placed on the patch antenna.The use of the proposed modified double rectangular slot ring resonator (MDRsRR) with 6x6 array increases the gain of the proposed antenna up to 4.28 dB.
