The objectives of this study are: 1) Describe the strategy to increase the morale of Civil Servants General Section of the DPRD Secretariat of South Solok Regency; 2) Describe the challenges faced in increasing the morale of the Civil Servants of the General Section of the DPRD Secretariat of South Solok Regency; 3) Describe what was done in the face of obstacles to increase the morale of the Civil Servants of the General Section of the DPRD Secretariat of South Solok Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. According to Moleong (in Alifian, 2016: L6) states that qualitative methods are research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people whose behavior is observed. The research method with a qualitative approach emphasizes the findings of descriptive data or information in the form of data in the form of subject information, descriptions of words or sentences and not data that is limited to numbers. The informants for the research were: 1 person for the Head of the General Section of the DPRD Secretariat, 3 for the Head of the Subdivision, and 8 for the General Section for Civil Servants. The types of data are primary data and secondary data collected through interviews, observations, and library research. The analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. The results of the study found strategies to increase the morale of Civil Servants General Section of the DPRD Secretariat of South Solok Regency. Creating a good work environment; with the workload in accordance with the educational background of the employee. 摘要
