At the beginning of paper, the detailed hierarchical model of the EV (Electric Vehicle) has been created, later from this map the graph-map of the system is formed based on FCM model, and at the end the “connectivity-matrix” and suggestion for creating the “reliability-matrix” of the system is explained.
