Tadqiq qilinadigan yog`lar aralashmasining fitokimyoviy tekshiruvlari orqali antioksidantlik faolligi tekshirildi. Yog`lar aralashmasining antioksidantlik faolligi adrenalinning in vitro sharoitida autooksidlanish reaksiyasining ingibitirlanishi bilan aniqlandi hamda kislorodning erkin shaklini hosil bo‘lishiga to‘sqinlik qilishi tekshirildi.
