Four response parameters, i.e., MRR, kerf width, wire wear rate and tooth width error (TWE) were obtained from the experiment and the outputs were optimised by using the hybrid approach to get an optimum setting from these combinations. The optimum settings obtained endorses to produce high quality gears in near future.
