以PC机为核心的高速同步数据采集系统可以采集测功卡和电气特性,是梁式抽油机的主要工作特性。将抽油机的运动按曲柄运动方式划分为四个象限,利用同步试验数据计算四个象限的损失,给出油井缺液的简明判断方法。现场应用实例表明了该技术的有效性。
