The results indicated that age, computer anxiety and locus of control have significant effect on the employees' ability to cope with IT changes, but these variables only explain 3% to 5% of the variation in coping. When the quality of IT and training and the amount of involvement were included, the variables explained 11% to 19% of the variation.
