摘要

本研究旨在分析传统金融机构的工作压力、工作环境和工作量对员工离职倾向的影响。本研究的对象是雅加达传统金融机构的员工。使用的抽样方法是30名受访者的饱和抽样。数据收集方法采用调查法,研究工具为问卷。数据分析方法采用偏最小二乘法(PLS),数据处理采用SmartPLS 3.0软件。本研究结果表明,工作压力对离职倾向有正向且不显著的影响,工作环境对离职倾向有负向且显著的影响,工作量对离职倾向有正向且显著的影响。
