Taking the example of highland barley rice, the paper collects 1047 data on consumer comments from the official flagship store of Tiancijingke foods in Jingdong Mall, and apply the ROSTCM6 system to analyze the word frequency statistics, briefly developing an evaluation index system of consumers' satisfaction with highland barley rice.
