摘要

本文首先回顾了相关文献。通过定性和定量的方法探讨影院顾客体验的影响因素。本研究发现,顾客在电影院的体验取决于六个维度:促销和实物证据、电影院环境、服务功能质量、预期电影质量、便利性、合理价格。在此基础上,构建了影院顾客体验影响因素模型。该模型不仅对电影院的体验设计有一定的帮助,对其他服务行业也有一定的借鉴意义。
