In this paper, we propose an autonomous decentralized information service architecture; where he cooperation between the autonomous subsystems - mobile agents and nodes - helps the routing of the Pull-MA requests, leading to accomplish the heterogeneous service level objectives for real-time of each user in an ever-changing environment. The effectiveness of the proposed technology has been proved through simulation.
