Communication receivers adopt array antennas to improve the receiver performance. Such systems need many baseband demodulators proportional to the number of antenna elements due to the baseband beamforming. In this paper, beamforming receiver structure that performs on a low IF band is proposed to reduce the complexity dramatically. A proper blind beamforming algorithm is also suggested. The blind beamforming algorithm is needed at low IF bands because the training sequence cannot be utilized.
