Therefore, this study aims to generate a Value-Based Strategy Model for creating a religious atmosphere and examine its influence on steel construction businesses' performance in Indonesia. The model is based on the concept of religious-based values, which provide a competitive advantage for companies by affecting the performance of workers and the overall company performance. The population for this study was 120 steel construction companies in Indonesia, and the SEM-PLS technique was used for analysis.
