Optical fiber surface plasmon resonance sensor was fabricated by magnetron sputtering, the detection accuracy of the optical fiber PH sensor is improved with the increase of the PH value of the solution, meanwhile, the refractive index sensitivity and temperature characteristics of the sensor are studied, it has the characteristics of short response time, strong stability and high sensitivity.
