摘要

研究了基于SPR传感器的水环境参数检测系统,实现了水环境温度、PH值和折射率的检测。采用磁控溅射法制备了光纤表面等离子体共振传感器,光纤PH传感器的检测精度随着溶液PH值的增加而提高,同时研究了传感器的折射率灵敏度和温度特性,具有响应时间短、稳定性强、灵敏度高的特点。该检测方法的研究为温度、pH值和折射率的检测提供了一种新的解决方案,具有一定的实用性。
