摘要
研究了微波衬底用Ca[(Li 1 / 3 Nb 2 / 3)0.8Ti0.2]O3-δ陶瓷填充聚合物复合材料的制备及其微波介电性能。讨论了不同理论模型对聚合物-陶瓷复合材料介电性能的预测。采用环氧树脂- clnt聚合物-陶瓷复合材料设计制作了一种共面波导单极天线,并与标准FR-4环氧树脂进行了响应比较。
Polymer ceramic composites for microwave substrate and antenna applications
