摘要

随着印刷精度和印刷速度的提高,手工质量检测已不能满足高速印刷质量检测的需求。提出了一种基于机器视觉的印刷品缺陷实时检测方法和系统。设计了一种基于图像融合的基准图像动态更新方法,利用多通道图像减法对缺陷进行分割,提出了一种基于图像轮廓的假缺陷去除方法。实际应用表明,该检测方法和系统是高效、有效的。
