The research followed the quasi-experimental approach based on the design of two experimental groups, the research sample consisted of (50) graduate students (Master’s stage), and to achieve this, two patterns of electronic discussion forums were designed to develop digital content production skills for graduate students, and an objective achievement test was designed to measure the cognitive aspect, and a product evaluation card to measure the performance aspect. Where they were applied before and after. The results revealed an impact of the different design patterns of electronic discussion forums (free - controlled) on the development of the cognitive and performance aspects of digital content production skills for postgraduate students, and for the benefit of the second experimental group (which was studied through controlled electronic discussion forums), and in light of the results it reached.
