This paper deals with target detection from the FMICW radar signals. Paper shows an experimental measurement results of a new cloud radar PCDR-35 at 35,4 GHz which is in development. Method consists of a few steps. The first step is averaging of a few realizations in spectral domain. Then a background (clutter and system influences) is subtracted from the spectrum. The next steps are thresholding and detection of the false targets. The last step is separation of the targets.
