The stacked dielectric layers and two probes-fed were used to make the dual-frequency and dual-circularly polarized antennas into one antenna's area. The antenna was simulated by method of moment (MoM) to confirm its parameters. The measurement results showed that the antenna's performance was matched with simulated. The relative bandwith more than 15% (dual frequency, VSWR≤2.0). The beam gain in 110 degrees is higher than 0dBi; the AR is less than 3dB in band.
