The paper presents an approach for ITS reliability analysis with evaluation petri net modelling with many specific aspects of reliability analysis and modelling: multilevel structural hierarchy; multifunctional objects of modelling; different nature of failures (hardware, software, human, organizational); heterogeneous components of the modelling system; open structure of ITS architecture and its model and others.
