摘要

提出了一种评估空中交通管制员态势感知(SA)的方法。该方法分析了态势感知与短时记忆的关系,在此基础上确定了控制员态势感知模糊综合评价的影响因素。然后运用层次分析法(AHP)对各影响因素进行加权,并根据空中交通管制规则和专业知识得到各影响因素的隶属度函数,在此基础上建立模糊评价模型。最后,通过实例验证了该方法在空中交通管制员选拔、培训和工作量评估方面的实用性和有效性。
