As the main diet in the experiment, compound feed was used, prepared on the basis of corn, barley, wheat, sunflower meal. It was fed to a bird of the control group. In addition to the main diet, the livestock of the 1 experimental group were additionally fed two enzyme preparations: Sanzaym (100 g/t of feed) and Sanfayz 5000 (80 g/t of feed). Phospholipid lecithin, in the amount of 10 g/kg of feed, was fed to livestock.
