摘要

提出了一种基于AIMD的双平滑TCP拥塞控制算法(SAISD)。SAISD使用递减函数作为发送速度的增量,当检测到拥塞时,参考cwnd的历史值平滑地改变当前发送速率,从而提高了发送速度的振荡性。仿真结果表明,当UDP和TCP共存时,SAISD为UDP提供了平滑的服务,具有良好的公平性和稳定性,同时提高了带宽利用率。
