摘要

在解析双端口理论的基础上,提出并实现了电、波参数系统中双极型和场效应型晶体管线性模型的六矩阵多项式的修正算法。这足以在这些系统中对任何(从三个)晶体管连接电路的所有六种矩阵形式进行分析描述。根据晶体管的频率应用领域,提出了两种降低矩阵阶数的方法(在算子域和时域),从而简化了无线电电子信息通信系统的设计。

Simplification of transistor models for the design of information-communication systems
