摘要

机器学习是构建动态避碰知识库,实现船舶避碰人格化智能决策(简称PIDVCA)的关键技术。基于PIDVCA的目标和实现方法,本文提出了一种以程序性知识为载体,结合基于数据库技术的事实知识和基于形成规则的因果知识,以智能决策图、树或规则集为集成形式的元知识表示集成方法。结合避碰仿真实例,讨论了利用集成机器学习策略构建动态避碰知识库的机制。仿真结果表明,动态避碰知识库可以达到PIDVCA的避碰效果。
