To take care of this continuous transformation, these processes must be flexible enough, which implies their formalization and optimal design. To operate efficiently, the organizations must identify and manage all their processes, therefore it is important to ensure their quality. There are companies in Ecuador devoted to providing consulting services for management of processes; to that end they use methodologies, techniques, and good practices, in order to provide optimal services to meet the expectations of their customers.
