摘要

本文旨在定义在当今不断变化的工作世界中构成毕业生就业能力的能力。使毕业生就业的技能往往与资格无关,但受到终身学习、批判性分析思维等因素的影响;个人互操作性;团队合作技能;还有谈判技巧。本文分析了b谷歌学者和互联网研究的二手数据,以确定创造大学毕业生就业能力的必要技能和能力。结果表明,培训过程应侧重于培养推理技能和批判性思维,基于问题的学习方法,支持学生发展他们的论点,注意教师在越南传统文化中的主导作用。教师需要引导学生如何发展思维,识别相关事实和信息,系统地分析收集到的数据和信息,推断和评价证据和事件。
