This paper establishes the relevance (though a literature survey and consideration of possible use cases for this technology), feasibility (through channel characterisation experiments) and proposes the infrastructure for OCC systems. The results show feasible communication of voice, video and text is possible with the proposed infrastructure for OCC communication.
