It is assumed that the upper and lower bounds of the time delay are known. Delay-dependent stability conditions are derived based on an integral inequality, and the exponential decay rate can be obtained by means of the feasibility of a linear matrix inequality. By fully considering the information of the delayed states and introducing slack variables, the conservatism in some existing results is further reduced.
