The second level treatment consisted of K1 (3 gr/plant), K2 (5 gr/plant), K3 (7 gr/plant). The parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), stem diameter (cm), number of fruits per plant (fruit). 摘要

本研究旨在研究根瘤菌接种剂和水葫芦堆肥对大豆植株生长发育的影响。本研究采用因子随机区组设计。每次治疗重复3次。治疗级别1包括;A0(对照),A1(浓度0.5gr), A2(浓度1gr), A3(浓度2gr)。第二级处理为K1(3克/株)、K2(5克/株)、K3(7克/株)。观察到的参数为株高(cm)、叶数(股)、茎粗(cm)、单株果数(果)。结果表明,在大豆植株上施用根瘤菌接种剂和水葫芦堆肥对大豆植株的株高、叶片数、茎粗和单株荚果数均有显著影响。关键词:接种剂,根瘤菌,堆肥,水葫芦,大豆
