摘要

在结构光三维视觉在线测量中,激光条纹中心的提取是最重要的一步。针对被检测物体的粗糙度和光源等因素对线性结构光条纹中心精度的影响,提出了一种基于灰度质心法的激光条纹中心检测改进算法。该算法采用自适应阈值分割法提取条形目标,采用细化法提取目标条形的骨架,采用模板法检测激光条形的法线方向。最后,利用灰度质心法精确提取激光中心。实验证明,该算法具有提取精度高、运行时间短、稳定性好的特点。
