This research was arranged by using Randomized Block Design with treatments, namely: Control (P0), liquid waste tofu 300 ml (P1), liquid waste tofu 600 ml (P2), chicken manure (P3), liquid waste tofu 300 ml + chicken manure (P4), liquid waste tofu 600 ml + chicken manure (P5) with 4 replications. The variables observed in this study consist of; plant height, number of leaves, number of cobs, cob weight and wet weight of the plant. Data were analyzed by using variance test (Anova) followed by Duncan 5% test. The results showed that the liquid waste treatment of 600 ml + chicken manure can increase the plant height, the number of leaves, the number of cobs, the weight of the cob and the wet weight of the plant. 摘要
本试验旨在研究废液豆腐和鸡粪对甜玉米生长和产量的影响。本研究采用随机区组设计,处理为:对照组(P0)、废液豆腐300 ml (P1)、废液豆腐600 ml (P2)、鸡粪(P3)、废液豆腐300 ml +鸡粪(P4)、废液豆腐600 ml +鸡粪(P5),共4个重复。本研究中观察到的变量包括;株高,叶数,穗轴数,穗轴重和植株湿重。数据分析采用方差检验(Anova)和Duncan 5%检验。结果表明,600 ml +鸡粪废液处理可提高植株的株高、叶片数、穗轴数、穗轴重和植株的湿重。结果表明,与对照处理(P0)相比,600 ml废液+有机肥处理(P5)的株高增加61.20%,叶片增加40.16%,穗轴增加79%,穗轴重增加564、74%,湿重增加163、83%,产量最高。
