摘要

计算机自我效能感(CSE)和工作满意度不仅在一般事务中,而且在正规教育机构和教师的现实生活中都对教育目标的实现起着至关重要的作用。本研究拟(1)分析大五种行为模式(外倾性、亲和性、严谨性、神经质、经验开放性)对SMA - SMK维加亚普特拉泗水教师计算机自我效能感的影响;(2)分析大五种行为模式(外倾性、亲和性、严谨性、神经质、经验开放性)对SMA - SMK维加亚普特拉泗水教师工作满意度的影响。希望本研究能为学校自身及利益相关方管理和提高教师素质提供参考。
