The need to establish a strong partnership with TVET institutions for the training of the unemployed without regard to sex, tribe, religion or physical challenges has been advocated as a panacea to some of the challenges facing Nigerian society. With regard to the environment, this paper advocates for a global partnership on sustainable green TVET.
