This study based on a guideline recommended by NSLEC (British National Specialist Law Enforcement Centre) and tried to propose a standard operating procedure of digital evidence forensic on smart phone; mean while, uses common handheld device forensic tools used by law enforcement departments as primary instruments to optimize and liabilities of digital evidences during preservation, collection, validation, identification, analysis, interpretation, documentation and presentation processes. 摘要
