By simulating the process of gas flow, the temperature field and temperature flow line diagram of the gas in the asphalt heating furnace are obtained. In order to improve the heating efficiency of the asphalt heating furnace, the model is structurally optimized. Analyze the effect of different positions of the gas inlet of the asphalt heating furnace, on the gas temperature; observe the effect of the added deflector in the lower furnace chamber on the gas flow direction.
