摘要

为了评价中国快递企业的竞争力,本文从市场规模、服务质量、保障能力和资金实力四个方面构建了一个综合指标体系。结合灰色关联分析法和熵权法构建评价模型,选取中国最具代表性的6家快递企业进行实证分析。分析结果显示,2020年中国快递企业竞争力由强到弱排名为:顺丰快递、中通快递、圆通快递、韵达快递、德邦快递、申通快递。
