A capacitive sensing based technique is used to extract the cell’s Clausius-Mossotti factor. The spherical and non-spherical shapes are considered in this work. We found the impedance of non-spherical leukemia shape is higher than the spherical leukemia shape. Also, a full study of impedance for different shapes of normal and malignant white blood cell using numerical simulators is presented and discussed.
