摘要

本文基于排队理论,结合飞机后勤保障维修的特点,研究了飞机运行中后勤保障人员的需求。建立了航空维修人员需求模型。维修数据采用χ2拟合检验,输入流量服从泊松分布,飞机维修时间服从负指数分布。仿真部分研究了服务顺序、系统负载和系统维护完整性对排队系统性能的影响,得出服务顺序和系统负载对系统性能有显著影响的结论。
