摘要

本文的目的是利用重心方法,对由多台相同的平行租赁机器组成的制造系统开发一种改进的维护策略。首先通过最小化系统的租赁、安装、库存和工作时间的总成本,给出了系统的最优生产计划。然后,根据得到的生产计划,确定每台机器的维护策略。一旦找到这些计划,就可以根据重心方法,通过将众多维护操作组合在一个唯一的维护操作中,来找到新的改进维护策略的配置。

Improved maintenance strategy for a parallel leased machines system
The aim of this paper is to develop an improved maintenance strategy for a manufacturing system composed by several identical parallel leased machines using Center-of-Gravity approach. We present at first the optimal production plan of the studied system found by minimizing its total cost of leasing, setup, inventory and work times. Then, according to the obtained production plan, we determine the maintenance strategy for each machine. Once found, these plans are used to find the configuration of the new improved maintenance strategy by combining numerous maintenance actions in a single and unique one according to Center-of-Gravity approach.
