Aimed at solving above problems, improved K-means clustering algorithm is designed and applied in our research. Simulation results show that the proposed method could successfully improve the quality of phase retrieval for M-DPSK modulation under circumstances of different SNR and transmission rates. 摘要

本文分析了自由空间光通信中自差分检测的过程,在此基础上推导了被检测信号的解析表达式。由推导式可知,低阶波前像差通过自微分干涉结构传输后仍然存在,同时在低信噪比条件下,检测相位容易受到探测器噪声的影响。针对上述问题,本文设计了改进的K-means聚类算法并应用于研究中。仿真结果表明,在不同信噪比和传输速率条件下,该方法能有效提高M-DPSK调制的相位恢复质量。基于模糊聚类规则计算损失函数,实现自适应通信。
